5) Why do you want to serve on the NRO NC, and what goals do you want to accomplish?
As an ARIN Advisory Council Member and Chair, I have a very good understanding and experience with the ARIN PDP and Non-ARIN RIR policy development. I understand global policy coordination is a bottom up approach and that each RIR has their own PDP and community. I know how to drive consensus based feedback in a fair and impartial way. Having been highly effective in ARIN policy coordination, I would love to expand this scope to the global level. With the current NRO ARIN appointee stepping down, I would be honored to offer my services to the NRO NC, as I am confident my background in community coordination would greatly benefit the global Internet community.
6) What, if any, conflicts of interest might arise for you as an NRO NC member? Specifically, do you serve in what could be perceived as any Internet governance roles, provide any services directly or indirectly to ARIN, or represent any significant interest from the community?
I am currently the Chair of the Advisory Council for ARIN. If I were to get this position, I would need to step down from the Advisory council.

8) What participation do you have within ICANN, in the past and currently? Are you a member of any other ICANN AC or SO?
None within ICANN. I have attended two ICANN meetings
9) What differentiates you as a candidate, or makes you uniquely suited to serve on the NRO NC?
I have extensive leadership and technical coordination experience within the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) ecosystem. As chair, I often field questions from members of other RIRs on why the ARIN community decided to go a specific direction on policy or how we approached a final decision as other RIRs may be discussing similar topics. To be successful in my position, I make sure that I am thoroughly familiar with all of the policies. I have closely followed the process of ICP-2 and had internal discussion within my organization before our organization submitted feedback. I have attended two ICANN meetings virtually to familiarize myself with the ICANN organization. The ARIN Advisory Council recommends policy to the board for adoption. We go through our own PDP process using community input to write fair and impartial policy. As chair, I coordinate all our Advisory Council shepherds and provide feedback on each policy as issues arise. I’m not afraid to seek staff and board input when necessary. I am highly familiar with policy that has gone through the community over the last two decades and how it was facilitated using the same bottom up approach as the NRO NC. I also respect the defined duties of the ASO AC and NRO EC as I would the Advisory Council and the Board of Trustees. My background will show I am always fair and put the community first. During my time at Comcast, I have managed the online accounts, reassignments, POCs, and other information for ARIN, RIPE, and APNIC.
10) Provide a brief biography of recent experience, associations, and affiliations relevant to serving on the NRO NC, including names of organizations, positions held, specific duties, and dates of service.
I have been a number resource strategist and an active member of the ARIN community since 2004. I manage the number resources for voice, video, and data for both the commercial and residential areas of Comcast. I also manage IPv4 recycling within the organization while new IPv6 space is deployed. I have a broad yet technical view of a large ISP down to end customers, which gives me a unique view of the information and technical requirements needed to make inclusive decisions while working on policy. I also occasionally assist the business unit and security teams with IP fraud evaluations. I have supported activities around the transfer of IPv4 space. I have also spent time as Communications Chair for TechWomen Philadelphia (2017) and is currently a member of TechWomen South Jersey. I was elected to the Advisory Council in 2018, and re-elected in 2021 and 2024. I was also part of the ARIN Community Grant Program Selection Committee in 2021 and 2023. I served as Advisory Council Vice Chair from January 2021 through December 2023 and as the Chair of the Advisory Council in 2024. My current term expires 31 December 2027.
