Please describe, providing specific details, any barriers you foresee to your fully meeting those qualifications and undertaking those responsibilities. Trustees’ responsibilities have usually require about 5-10 hours per week.
I foresee no barriers to my continued participation on the BoT.
2. Conflicts of Interest

A perceived conflict of interest could result from my employment at Amazon Web Services, given that my team frequently works with ARIN RSD as both a customer and an active participant in the IPv4 Transfer Market.
b) How do you propose to resolve any conflicts identified in (a)? (If no conflicts identified, please enter “N/A”)
I do not anticipate a conflict, as my interests are very much aligned with the success, security, and non-biased role ARIN has in the IP Numbers ecosystem. However, if there were a real or perceived conflict, I would address it with my fellow BoT members and recuse myself from discussions and/or voting as appropriate.

I obtained a good portion of my college education while serving in the U.S. Navy and, therefore, attended numerous institutions local to the duty stations where I was assigned. I received my Associate of Arts degree from the University of Maryland University College (Europe) in 2004 and completed my Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Technology Management from St. Petersburg College in 2008.

While I attend professional development trainings regularly, most are employer specific and not particularly relevant here.

My most relevant experience is the last six years of serving on the ARIN Board of Trustees, including four years as Vice Chair. I also served six years on the NANOG Board, where I served as Chair and was part of the Executive Director Hiring Committee and served 8 years on the ARIN Advisory Council as Vice-Chair and then Chair.
Additionally, I have the benefit of working for a global organization. This allows me to participate in many forums, including RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC, AFRINIC, ARIN, and NANOG. Seeing the ways different regions and organizations tackle various issues allows me to take a more holistic approach to problem-solving and coordination, such as the ICP-2 rewrite.
I also have extensive knowledge of and experience with the IPv4 transfer market and its associated challenges and risks. This insight is highly valuable for the board when making related decisions.

I am currently serving on the ARIN Board of Trustees (non-profit) as Vice Chair. During my six years in this role, I have served on the
Nomination Committee, Grant Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Risk and Cybersecurity Committee, and Finance Committee.
b) Please identify any other boards on which you have served in the past 10 years that are not included in answer to (a), listing your dates of service.
G – (Non Profit) North American Network Operator Group – 6 years
c) How does your past governance experience prepare you to help fulfill that role by serving as an ARIN Trustee?
As previously mentioned, I have already served six years on the Board of Trustees and am fully acclimated to the governance structure and prepared to take on the challenges of the next three-year term.
6. Describe any past experience or involvement with ARIN or other Internet governance bodies.
Prior to my current tenure on the Board of Trustees, I served as Chair of the ARIN Advisory Council, as well as on the Fellowship, Nomination, and Grant Committees for ARIN.
7. Aside from any governance experience, describe your specific skills, background, and/or areas of expertise you believe will assist the Board in carrying out its duties.
In my day job, I actively participate in RIPE and APNIC community discussions and regularly meet with ARIN customers of all sizes. This broadens the perspective I bring to the ARIN Board of Trustees.
