The Network Registration group (netreg) which I worked in was spun out in 1997 to become ARIN. I have worked with Internet companies large and small for the duration of my career both in technical, product, and business roles. Since 2009, I have helped to pioneer the legitimately buying and selling of IPv4 numbers globally. This experience has prepared me to understand all aspects of the ARIN organization from the executive issues down to the operational and technical details.
